Meet Dr John
For more than 44 years, Dr. John Wohar has dedicated his career to helping patients understand not only where they hurt, but why a problem may keep returning. His approach combines precise chiropractic care with manual muscle testing, decades of nutritional experience, and a deep curiosity about the connections between structure, function, and overall health.
That curiosity led Dr. Wohar to develop the Viscero-Somatic Reflex Technique (VSRT), a clinical system refined over decades of hands-on practice. VSRT brings together chiropractic assessment, muscle testing, visceral-somatic and meridian relationships, and re-testing to help identify patterns that may otherwise be overlooked. Rather than simply chasing symptoms, Dr. Wohar uses the body's response to help guide more individualized and specific care.
For more than 25 years, nutrition has also been an important part of Dr. Wohar's approach. By integrating manual muscle testing, acupuncture-meridian concepts, chiropractic assessment, and individualized nutritional support, he helps patients see how nutrition may complement their chiropractic care. His process is simple: test, intervene, re-test, and explain—so patients aren't simply told what to do; they're invited to better understand their bodies and become active participants in their care.
After more than four decades, Dr. Wohar remains as curious about the human body as ever—still practicing, still studying, and still asking why.
